How to revoke access and delete data

If you connected your Facebook account to the Komek F.U Feed 1 service, you can revoke access in your Facebook settings and, if needed, request full deletion of the data stored with us.

Step 1 — revoke access in Facebook

Log in to Facebook with your personal account (not as a Page). The “Apps and Websites” and “Business Integrations” sections are available only in the personal profile — if you are in a Page session, these sections will not appear.

If you connected a personal profile

Open Settings → Apps and Websites.
Find the “Komek F.U Feed 1” app and click “Remove”.

If you connected a Page

Open Settings → Business Integrations.
Find the “Komek F.U Feed 1” integration and remove it.

This invalidates the access token you granted: the service can no longer act on your behalf and stops receiving new data from Facebook.

Step 2 — full data deletion (optional)

Revoking access stops updates, but we may still keep a cache of previously fetched data for a short time — so that widgets already embedded on a website do not break immediately. To erase it completely, send us a deletion request:

Email admin@itgroup.kz from the address the invitation was sent to, and include one of the following so we can locate your data:

your Facebook User ID (shown in Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → removed apps section), or
the name of your Facebook Page or profile.

We will delete all data associated with you within 30 days and confirm by reply.
